I originally intended on going with a big bank lender, but my realtor suggested that I give Brandon a shot. I am so happy I did. Being able to contact Brandon with all my questions and concerns whenever I needed to really made this home purchase even more worth it for me. Had I known about how simple this could be, I would have done it a long time ago. Now all I need is furniture...

Brandon is great at communicating with the realtor and the closing attorney. The drag and drop portal they have is fantastic for uploading documents easily without a thousand emails going back and forth.

Brandon was incredible to work with. I had many, many questions along the way and Brandon was always happy to explain and walk through all areas of home buying, mortgage options, etc. Brandon was also extremely accessible by both phone and email, making the closing process quick. We did our research and talked with other lenders, but are grateful we chose Shelter and had Brandon on our team. Highly recommend!
